Returns

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied may return it to us. We will refund the full value of items which are returned within 30 days from the date.

To return your items

  • Send us an email to support@lenak.co.uk letting us know what you want to return and the reason.
  • Send your items back in the original packaging to the address we will provide.
  • Make sure you get a proof of postage.
  • Once received, we will check the item and process your refund within 5-7 days.
  • You can return the item within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items should be in the original condition and packaging.
  • Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning items. This does not apply if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item.

Received faulty or damaged items

If you received faulty or damaged item, please send us email with your order number and the pictures as proof. We will be happy to help your return.

Returning unwanted change of mind item

All change of mind Products must be returned new and unused, with all labels and stickers attached. You can return the item in its original condition using any postal or courier service. Lenak will not accept any liability for any parcels damaged or lost in transit to us. The cost of postage for returns is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure to enclose the order number on a slip with your return as we will be unable to process without it. Please also let us know whether you want a refund or exchange.

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender; therefore, please ensure all details are clear and concise.

Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.

Replacement of the Product(s)

Where we agree to replace a Product

A replacement for the Product that you ordered will be shipped to you at our expense after we have received your returned Product (if required by us). This does not apply to change of mind.

The delivery time for the replacement will be 3-5 working days Your statutory rights but no additional guarantees (change of mind etc) apply to all replacement products.

In the event of a Product no longer being available we will offer an alternative Product of similar quality.

In the event of an individual item within a set being faulty, we will replace the specific item and not the entire set.

All refunds will be processed in 5-7 working days . Banks may have different rulings for depositing refunds, make sure that you are aware of these policies and contact your bank if necessary.
